Character Adopt Terms

Thank you for considering adopting a character from me!Auctions are held on my twitter page in respective threads. Please only bid if you know you want to use the character and you have the funds available. Payment will be made with PayPal invoice. Payment can be made as the full amount upfront or as a payment plan within 15 days, with 50% upfront and 50% later on.

Auction winner gets the following after completing payment- Full ownership of the character for personal use: create stories, identities, outfits and art for them
- High res png for personal use and as a reference for other artists (commissions, requests etc.)
- Small res png for online postingAuction winner can do the following- Post my art of the character on your personal pages
- Add any details, such as wings or tattoos for the character
- Create alternative forms for the character (different species or creature, humanized etc.)
- While refunds are not accepted, you can re-sell the character for the original price if you decide not to use the character anymoreAuction winner can not do the following- Edit my auctioned art and claim it as your own work
- Use my art or the character for commercial purposes
- Remove or crop my signature from the auctioned art when posting it onlineMy rights on the art- I can use the art as an example when promoting future sales and showcase it in a gallery or portfolio
- A similar body may be used as a base for other adopts
- I will not recreate and sell the same designs that have been auctioned before
